Carol Dsouza is the Coordinator of Project and Administrative Support for the Primary Care and Prevention team.
Carol holds a Bachelor of Science with a major in Botany, a Master of Environmental Science, and a Post-Degree Diploma in Business Administration. She brings a strong background in project coordination, team leadership, and system enhancement across the healthcare, education, and consulting industries. Her expertise in business analysis, operational improvement, and cross-functional collaboration has consistently driven efficiency and strategic alignment, enabling organizations to achieve their goals effectively.
Outside of her professional work supporting children’s health, Carol enjoys engaging in DIY projects, gardening, and sewing. She also loves exploring new places with her family.
