Provincial Director – Clinical Service Innovation

Jennifer Begg is the Provincial Director of Clinical Service Innovation. In this role she is accountable for providing leadership and coordination of all efforts to enhance pediatric specialty and subspecialty care through virtual/digital health, provincial education, and the development of provincial clinical guidelines. She is a pediatric nurse who spent two decades supporting pediatric care and service planning in Northern BC prior to moving to a provincial role. She is passionate about accessible, high quality pediatric services with a particular interest in care closer to home and achieving health equity for children living in rural and rural and remote regions. She recognizes and is grateful to be able to live, work, and play on the traditional, ancestral and unceded territory of the Lheidli T’enneh First Nations.
