Leader Pt Safety Quality Accre

Allison comes to us from Vancouver Coastal Health, Medical Quality Leadership & Practice where she is the Quality Improvement Lead for the VCH/PHC Physician Quality Improvement (PQI) Initiative. Allison has a large breadth of experience leading teams through quality improvement projects and working with senior leaders to align QI projects with strategic priorities. Prior to that she was an evaluation specialist with Clinical System Transformation (CST) and program advisor with the Ontario Provincial Council for Maternal and Child Health.

Allison has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Environmental Science from the University of Toronto and a Masters of Science in Healthcare Quality from Queen’s University. She has a passion for planetary health and has completed further training by CASCADES Canada. She is passionate about incorporating the planetary lens into quality to create high quality, low carbon, climate resilient care for patients and their families.

In Allison’s free time, she enjoys rock climbing, hiking, stand up paddleboarding, and exploring new cafes and restaurants with her partner and puppy Bao.
