Nov 28-29, 2008Child Health BC, in partnership with Canuck Place Children's Hospice, hosted a knowledge transfer workshop on 'Provincial Pediatric Palliative Care'. This workshop provided and opportunity to discuss current practice, norms and standards and, with the participant clinical leaders and experts, develop a concept for provinicial pediatric palliative care in British Columbia. The participants had opportunities to exchange ideas in both structured and informal settings.
